Whether you're swimming laps or just lounging poolside, enjoy the fresh air and the sun while using our resort-like outdoor swimming pools

Outdoor Pool

Escape from the hustle and bustle of the day and reenergize your body in our steam room.

Steam Room

There’s no more complete or efficient workout than swimming, and with our indoor pool you can get your laps in come rain or shine.

Indoor Pool

Revitalize your mind and body through some time in our sauna, where just a few minutes of heat therapy can work wonders.

Sauna

Submerge your body and soothe your muscles in our perfectly heated, pleasingly calming spa.

Our Kid Zone helps the little ones stay active and entertained during your workout.

Kid Zone

Functional Training Zones (turf, sleds, kettlebells)

Why train on turf? It reduces impact on your joints and mimics the feel of fresh-cut grass...without any of the mud.

Turf

From classic treadmills to ellipticals and indoor rowers, we have plenty of options to get your heart rate–and your endorphins–up and racing.

Cardio

Build muscle. Burn fat. Strengthen bones. If you want to get strong and lean, free weights are still the best way to do it all at once, and we have tons of them.

Strength & Weight Training

Small Group Training (included with select memberships)

VTL Training® is small group training reimagined. Led by trainers who push you to be your best, you can expect a full body strength and cardio workout in just 50 minutes.

Small Group Training

No matter what your fitness level is we have a program for you. Whether you’re striving to place in athletic competitions or showing your kid you still got it, our programs work.

Personal Training

Select National Fitness clubs have racquetball courts, and will provide you with equipment for this calorie-melting sport, including racquets, balls, gloves, and protective eyewear.

Racquetball Courts

A little pickleball, anyone? Whether you’re looking to work on your backhand or just enjoy some friendly competition, our courts are a must-see.

Pickleball Courts

Bring your A game to our outdoor or indoor courts for a great workout and a lot of fun. (If you only have a B or C game, that’s fine, too.)

Basketball Courts

Our state-of-the-art resistance machines work a wide range of motion, while isolating core muscle groups. Easily adjustable, they’re a great way to build strength.

Selectorized Equipment

Game, set, match! You win the battle against calories and have a great time doing it when you hit our tennis courts.
